Finance specialist Albin Jourda will explain how to assess whether acquisitions can be an appropriate strategy for your internationalisation with the right strategic diagnostic.

Trade Attaché Marc Cassagnabère will explain how you can benefit from the Trade Council for your target identification and from the specialist team for commercial due diligence. The commercial due diligence aims at gathering strategic information for synergy analysis, a better understanding/valorisation of the target, the negotiation process, the critical review of business plan and the post merger management process.

Professor of Finance from EM Lyon, Rémy Paliard will explain how to assess the financing of your acquisition with debt, capital increase or LBO.
