Albin Jourda

Founder and CEO

Albin founded French Cleantech in 2007 to promote innovative companies and facilitate connections between ideas and industry. Today, Albin works with public institutions, R&D centers, financial investors, energy companies to develop synergies and give life to cleantech innovations. With a passion for environment and a strong expertise in corporate finance (M&A and fund raising), Albin decided to bring its contribution by promoting innovations which reduce CO2 emissions and accelerate transition to sustainable development.

Before founding French Cleantech, Albin acquired more than 10 years of dedicated technology transactions experience. Albin was Managing Director at Gallium Moore providing corporate finance and business development services. Prior to Gallium Moore, he was Director at Canaccord Adams in Boston and San Francisco, where he led mergers and acquisitions transactions across a wide range of high tech segments ( IT, cleantech, biotech). He previously served as M&A analyst at Regent Associates focusing on IT, telecom, electronics and digital media industries.

Albin graduated form EM Lyon and holds a M.S in economics from the Lyon II University and Babson (Boston). Albin’s cleantech expertise with French Cleantech has been recognized through its active participation in Cleantech conventions, public institutions, embassies and industrials advisory. He is also writing articles for various publications on the cleantech industry.
